Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £45 including VAT (Excluding Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland where the below rates apply). A £5.95 delivery charge will apply to orders under £45.00.


We reserve the right to choose the carrier your order is shipped by. Orders under 2kg may be shipped via Royal Mail.


Dispatch & Delivery of your Ironmongery Now Order

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm same day, although during busy periods please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.


All orders will be booked on a next day service (Eng. & Wales only).  Scottish Highlands, Islands, NI, and other outlying postcodes may be dispatched on a 2–3-day service and there may be additional shipping charges. Some large items such as wardrobe rail may need to be shipped via a specialised large item carrier, which can take up to 3 working days to deliver.

If you have any special delivery instructions, please provide this to us as soon as possible.

All delivery times are estimations only and should not be relied upon as 100% accurate. Performance of the carriers is completely outside of our control. We strongly recommend that any tradesmen are NOT booked until the goods are received and checked for accuracy.


Out of Stock Goods

On occasion, we may be out of stock of an item on your order.  If this is the case, we will inform you promptly and give you the option of cancelling that item from your order for a refund, swapping it to an alternative product, or holding that part of the order on backorder to be dispatched when the item comes back into stock.


International Dispatches

If you require our product to be sent to any other region or country then please contact our sales office and we will be able to advise a delivery charge. If you are a business, you will need to provide us with your local VAT number as well as your EORI number (if you are EU based).



Shortages or Damage on Delivery


Please allow 7 days from dispatch for your order to be delivered before contacting us. If it hasn’t arrived by the 7th day, please get in touch with us ASAP so that we can launch an investigation with the carrier. Following the carrier’s investigation, if the goods are not located we can either redispatch replacement goods (stock allowing), or issue a full refund.


On the rare occasion of there being a shortage or damage on delivery, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt so that we can rectify for you.  Unfortunately, any problems reported after this time period cannot be remedied.
