We do not store any customer information in any database outside of our website sales history or payment provider transaction history (except for where you have subscribed to a mailing list).  This information is stored for legal reasons for up to 7 years but can be requested to be deleted at any point. We also retain detailed sales history for use with any rewards points or discount scheme we may offer.  You can request this data be deleted at any point, but in doing so will forfeit any reward points or coupons that you have generated.
