Returns & Refunds - Ironmongery Now

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, and we always aim to supply high quality products that are suitable for your application and needs. If for any reason you wish to return any products to us, then please contact us in writing to sales@ironmongerynow.co.uk with your order number, details of your original order and the products you wish to return and the reason for your returns request.

Need To Exchange Your Ironmongery Product?

Any unwanted or unsuitable products will be accepted for return within 30 days from dispatch of your order, all goods must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging complete with all parts, fixings, and instructions. The cost of the return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Goods will be inspected upon return to ensure products have been received in a re-saleable condition. If the goods are returned with opened or damage packaging a small proportion (10%) of the refund may be retained for repacking costs. If the goods arrive back damaged or with parts missing, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Shortages or Damaged or Faulty Products

On the rare occasion of there being a shortage or damage on delivery, please contact us via email within 3 working days of receipt so that we can rectify this for you. Unfortunately, any problems reported after this time period cannot be remedied.

In the unlikely event of damaged or faulty products we require this to be reported to sales@ironmongerynow.co.uk along with photographs and/or videos of the damage or fault.

We may, at our discretion choose any of the following options: send a pre-paid returns label (to be dropped off at a designated “drop off point” local to you) for full refund upon return, or issue an immediate refund and allow you to keep the goods or, in the case of tarnished products or fully functional products, offer a partial refund and allow you to keep the goods. Photographs must be provided showing satisfactory evidence of fault or damage for a partial refund to be offered.

If you would prefer replacements to be sent, we can send these (stock permitting) out upon receipt of the returned goods.

Please ensure that you include your order number / returns number with all returns, as without this your return cannot be processed and no refunds/replacements will be issued. All returns will be processed, and refunds issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods following inspection.  We will NOT be able to make any refund until the returned goods are received.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our bespoke made to order items such as the cooker splashbacks, as these products have been made to your exact measurements specified within your order. The only instance we would be able to refund these items are when an error has been made by us or our carrier.
